We took a direct Paris-Orly flight for our trip, and everything went perfectly thanks to their professionalism. Very professional team, very, very good! The car was parked in the return direction, which made the departure much easier. Really, a warm welcome from start to finish. I'd recommend them without hesitation, and we'll be back, that's for sure!

There is very little waiting time for the shuttle both on departure and arrival. Direct parking Orly is very close to the airport and is located on the N7.

I had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up on my return. The only explanation I was given was that it was the driver's fault. Not at all satisfied with the shuttle service. I would not recommend your car park.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Vehicle collected easily and without hassle or unpleasant surprises. Very fast access to Orly. However, only one drop-off and pick-up point at T4. As a result, we pay for a car park and a shuttle, but we have to go and pick up our terminal and return to this location. It's a 10-15 minute walk, depending on the flight. What a surprise! The maps explain it well, but it's still confusing. If you could suggest 2 or 3 drop-off points, that would be appreciated.

It's a shame, we were the 1st to arrive, because you only have to send a text message when you get to the meeting point, but some people send it when they get off the plane... so we were the last to arrive. With 6 hours of driving to do afterwards and a heart condition, I prefer the P4 solution. The wait is much too long on the side of the road.

Easy-to-access car park, and easy to drop off your vehicle. Pleasant, courteous staff. The shuttles are new and clean. Instructions are received by text message and are clear for the return journey, indicating the route through the airport to the meeting point. I've used this car park twice now, and the rates are reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.

You have to say it when it's good. Smiling welcome, fleet of vehicles in good condition, serious driving by the shuttle guys, parking close to the airport. I really recommend it. Minus one star for the T4 drop-off/meeting point, which may seem a bit far from T3 on foot for some people.

Everything went smoothly: the car was dropped off, the shuttle was very punctual, the information was sent by text message a few days before you went to the car park to collect the car, and the car was received. The car park has a lot of parked cars but no damage to report. The staff were very attentive (even if they seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of customers). We will return if the opportunity arises.

Easy to book and find parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Explanations were clear and the car seemed to be in good hands during our stay. One small downside: the €10 late departure fee after 9pm. On our return, our plane was delayed. We texted the agency at the meeting point at 8.45pm to come and pick us up. Of course, the shuttle bus and pick-up procedure took place after 9pm. We would have liked a little more flexibility to avoid these charges, which we felt were inappropriate. Even a credit note or a gesture would have sufficed, as we were not without returning to this car park, which we recommend in spite of this.
