Très bien. J’avais pris pour 10euros de plus l’état des lieux de ma voiture. La personne a pris le temps de noter les kms et faire le tour de la voiture pour noter l’état de la carrosserie. Ça prend 10 minutes de plus. Personnel agréables. Dépose au terminal 4 en partant et pour le retour point de RDV au terminal 4 également au niveau -1. Attente d’environ 15 minutes pour la navette au retour après l’envoi du SMS. Satisfait du service.

Tout parfait. A retenir

Gros problème au départ et au retour, le lieu de rendez vous à changé depuis l'année dernière pour aller au terminal 3 c'est maintenant au terminal 4 ou il faut monter d'un étage !! L'ascenseur est en panne (14 juin et 28 juin) il faut donc porter les valises dans un escalier important (Environ 30 marches) !!! Avec deux valises de 25 Kg c'est la galère !!!! Douleurs d'épaules !!! Ce n'est pas normal !!! Impossible à faire pour des personnes agées ou handicapées, merci de faire réparer l'ascenceur ou de changer de lieu !!!!

Top-notch, pleasant and very helpful staff, very good explanations and understanding, especially for me it was my 1st time.

Some pluses and minuses! I had taken the inventory of fixtures option. This was carried out extremely seriously on arrival: scrupulous examination of the bodywork, photos, report signed by both parties. However, I have 2 comments on points that could be improved: Passenger drop-off and pick-up at the airport is too far from Orly3, and above all it takes place at the foot of a lift that doesn't work (either on the outward or return journey). We had to take our suitcases up a long flight of stairs. We had a large group of people to collect, so we had to send 3 vehicles which arrived 15 to 20 minutes apart each time instead of all 3 arriving at the same time. Fortunately, our driver on the last trip was very friendly!

Very satisfied with this car park 5 minutes from Orly, really very serious unlike others, clean and punctual shuttles. Vehicles left for 2 weeks, no bad surprises and affordable price. I would recommend

The drop-off point is at the bottom of a staircase with about 20 steps to get to the airport with suitcases, which is complicated. Why not leave it at the Orly 4 departure point?

We were dropped off at the foot of a lift that wasn't working, so we had to carry our suitcases up an outside staircase, which wasn't very practical with 2 suitcases of a certain weight. Same problem on the return journey, not easy for elderly people. The drop-off point was not the best choice.

We were very satisfied with the services offered. The proximity of the airport is an advantage. A little misunderstanding on the return journey disrupted the pick-up of our vehicle: the map to find the shuttle was clear, but we think that because of the taxi strike, we were not dropped off at this point on the outward journey. We weren't told this and it made it difficult for us to find our way around.

Very good service, but at Orly the lift to the footbridge has been out of order for some time, so you have to go down the stairs with your 23 kg suitcases! Until it's working again, would it be possible to arrange to meet upstairs rather than downstairs?

The car park is well located in relation to the airport, but you have to drop off and pick up at terminal 4 when you're at the 1 or 2 long with suitcases. Lots of cars in the car park, even in June, so they are moved for organisational reasons, so mine was scratched in 3 places !!!! Friendly staff and quick to drop us off and pick us up.

This car park charged us a night rate of 10 euros because we arrived 10 minutes late due to our plane's landing time. Impossible to explain to the boss, he got angry and didn't want to know anything about it.
