❌ Very bad experience ❌ I parked my car in this car park for a week and when I returned I found it damaged (scratches, impacts...). I immediately contacted the after-sales service, but was informed that no reimbursement or insurance action would be taken on the grounds that no inventory had been carried out on arrival. Yet no one offered to carry out an inventory of fixtures when the vehicle was handed over! This is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to guarantee the safety of the vehicles entrusted to it. What's more, after re-contacting their analysis systems, I had to wait more than two weeks for a reply, after numerous calls. The response was negative. I strongly advise against using this car park if you value your car and a responsible customer service.

However, there was one doubt: 2 days after our departure and therefore during our trip, we received an SMS telling us that there had been an impact on our windscreen and it was suggested that they should have it repaired. We chose to deal with this on our return. A visit to Carglass revealed no fault!

We were very satisfied with the services offered. The proximity of the airport is an advantage. A little misunderstanding on the return journey disrupted the pick-up of our vehicle: the map to find the shuttle was clear, but we think that because of the taxi strike, we were not dropped off at this point on the outward journey. We weren't told this and it made it difficult for us to find our way around.

We were away for a week and left our vehicle in this company's car park. Whether it's the welcome, the collection of the vehicle or the transfer to the airport, it's serious and professional. Don't hesitate...

Very good service, but at Orly the lift to the footbridge has been out of order for some time, so you have to go down the stairs with your 23 kg suitcases! Until it's working again, would it be possible to arrange to meet upstairs rather than downstairs?

We've left our car there twice now. Excellent parking service! Each time we left our vehicle for the duration of our trip in complete peace of mind. The car park is secure, well organised and easy to access. The airport shuttle is fast and punctual on both the outward and return journeys. The staff are friendly, responsive and very professional. On our return, our car was waiting for us as expected, in perfect condition. We would definitely use their services again for our next departures from Orly!

The car park is well located in relation to the airport, but you have to drop off and pick up at terminal 4 when you're at the 1 or 2 long with suitcases. Lots of cars in the car park, even in June, so they are moved for organisational reasons, so mine was scratched in 3 places !!!! Friendly staff and quick to drop us off and pick us up.

This car park charged us a night rate of 10 euros because we arrived 10 minutes late due to our plane's landing time. Impossible to explain to the boss, he got angry and didn't want to know anything about it.

Always a bit anxious to leave our car in an unfamiliar place, far away from us after everything we've read about airport car parks but here, nothing to say, perfect for us. Very clean tarmac car park, car parked correctly with enough space around it. We took a direct Paris-Orly flight for our trip, and everything went perfectly thanks to their professionalism. Very professional team, very, very good! The car was parked in the return direction, which made the departure much easier. Really, a warm welcome from start to finish. There is very little waiting time for the shuttle both on departure and arrival. Direct parking Orly is very close to the airport and is located on the N7.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Vehicle collected easily and without hassle or unpleasant surprises. Very fast access to Orly. However, only one drop-off and pick-up point at T4. As a result, we pay for a car park and a shuttle, but we have to go and pick up our terminal and return to this location. It's a 10-15 minute walk, depending on the flight. What a surprise! The maps explain it well, but it's still confusing. If you could suggest 2 or 3 drop-off points, that would be appreciated.

It's a shame, we were the 1st to arrive, because you only have to send a text message when you get to the meeting point, but some people send it when they get off the plane... so we were the last to arrive. With 6 hours of driving to do afterwards and a heart condition, I prefer the P4 solution. The wait is much too long on the side of the road.

1st time in this carpark and I would return there with each one of my voyages, the personnel is with the top obliging and very nice, not of wait with the way nor with the return, all is very well organized and close to the airport, my plane being cancelled they kept my car 2 days more without concern.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
