Drop-off time
For arrivals/departures between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.: a supplement of €10 is payable on site (return included).
Landing time
Type of vehicle We only cover cars (city cars, saloons, SUVs, 4x4s). We do not cover other vehicles (vans, pick-ups, 9-seater shuttles, utility vehicles, motorbikes, camper vans). If in doubt, please contact us. Vehicles other than "cars" will not be accepted.

Refunds in accordance with the cancellation conditions described in our General Terms and Conditions.
Inspection of your vehicle
In collaboration with Solution Vitrage, we check the windscreens of all our customers, whether or not you have taken the option. If we find any damage (even minor), we'll send you a text message during your journey to suggest that your windscreen be repaired or replaced (replacement and repair are not compulsory).
